Print Milano is a small-scale, student-led project based in Italy.The idea started as an initiative to explore creativity, printing, and local delivery while gaining real-world experience. We focus on simple, accessible printed products delivered directly to customers.

How do I send my files?
After placing an order, send your files directly via WhatsApp to our number. We accept PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, and HEIC. PDF gives the best print quality.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 1 - 2 hours from order confirmation, depending on your location in Milan and the order size. We'll give you an estimated delivery time when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Pay on delivery only we never charge upfront. Accepted method: cash on delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver across central Milan. If you're unsure about your location, just ask us on WhatsApp.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 9:00 21:00. Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 19:00.
What happens to my files after printing?
Your files are permanently deleted after printing. We take privacy seriously and never store, share, or use your documents for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order! You can order a single page. Delivery is €3.00, free on orders over €4. So for small orders it makes sense to bundle a few things together.
Can I order on behalf of someone else?
Absolutely! Just provide the delivery address and WhatsApp number of the person receiving the order, or we can coordinate with you directly and you pass the prints along.
